Returns & Store Policy
We will accept fibers returned within three months of purchase as long as they are clean and in good condition. Canvases must be returned within one month of purchase. A store credit will be issued for all returns. Canvases that are purchased during a trunk show may not be returned. We do not accept fiber returns. Dye lot issues and wear on fibers make returns problematic. We are happy to put a skein or two, of a particular dye lot, on our hold shelf to see if you will need it. Please note we will only hold it for a couple months and then it will be returned to inventory if we haven’t heard from you.
Special orders are a large part of our business and we are always happy to place them for our customers. If our vendor has the canvas in stock we can usually have the piece within two weeks. If the canvas must be painted, it can take six to eight weeks.
We are happy to ship anywhere in the United States. We ship UPS or USPS Ground. Standard shipping and handling fees apply. However, expedited shipping can be arranged for a higher fee.
We send out a monthly newsletter and would love to include you on our list. Find out about monthly specials and general “goings on” at the store. We do not share our customers’ e-mail addresses.
